Q. Is there a minimum order?
A. At Impressions USA, we do have minimum orders for select products: 6 pieces if we will be embroidering, or 12 pieces if we will be screen-printing. There is, however, no maximum quantity for any of our services. No matter how large the order, we can always complete the job. We even offer competitive discounts for bulk purchases of larger quantities.
Q. Do you charge extra for designing the logo or doing the artwork?
A. The price for artwork is assessed on a case-by-case basis. Usually, the cost of logo design or artwork is included in the cost of the job without any additional charge. However, if your particular job will require additional extensive work, there might be an additional charge added to the total cost. Any charges of this nature will be discussed with you up front before we proceed so that there are no surprises.
Q. What if I want to use my own designs?
A. We are more than happy to use any of your pre-existing designs! Our only requirements are that you provide us with a "print-ready" file. This means that we require a high-quality, high-resolution file in one of the following formats: .AI, .EPS, .JPEG, .PDF, .PNG, or .PSD. Please be aware that because colors appear differently on different monitors, we cannot guarantee a perfect color match. Any help you can give us in picking the right colors will go a long way in ensuring you receive a product that makes you happy.
Q. How much do your shirts cost?
A. Every project is unique, and as such, there are many factors that go into the pricing of your order. The type of garment, the quantity of pieces, the colors used, and the complexity of the graphic all have an effect on the final cost of your product. You can be sure, however, that you will receive competitive pricing and quality craftsmanship no matter what your needs are.
Q. How long is the turnaround for my order?
A. Once we receive an approval for the artwork, you can expect around 10 days for any type of shirt order to be completed. Some of our items, like signs and banners, can usually be completed in a shorter timeframe or around 3 or 4 days. We also offer rush order options if you need your order to be completed relatively quickly!
Q. Will you screen-print or embroider garments that I bring in myself?
A. We would be happy to provide any of our embroidery or screen-printing service for garments that you bring in yourself! We do ask, however, that your items meet our basic requirements. The garments must be brand new and must be constructed with the same or similar materials in order to ensure that we can provide the same high quality embroidery or screen-printing for all of your garments. You are also still required to comply with our minimum order requirements. If you are unable to meet these quantities with your garments, let us know and we can try to work something out!
Q. Will I need to pay setup fees or screen print charges?
A. There are setup fees included every time that you bring in a new piece of artwork. However, because we keep any screens or files we use for your job, we will never charge you a setup fee for any future projects you partake in with us. The charge is different depending on what the service you're looking for is, and it will be discussed in detail before we proceed with the project.
Q. Do you work on orders that include multiple shirt sizes, colors, and styles? And do all the shirts have to use the same ink colors?
A. When it comes to sizing and color-ways of the garments, you are free to mix and match to your heart's content. However, there might be additional charges if you want to change the colors or styling of the applications you are trying to put on the garment.
Q. Can I have my order shipped to me?
A. We have shipped orders nationally before! Give us your shipping address, and we will make sure to calculate the cost of delivery into your overall quote.
Q. Can I check the first shirt before the rest are printed so I can make sure everything is correct?
A. Unfortunately, you cannot. Our process uses complete production runs, so we cannot halt the job once it begins. We do, however, ensure that the digital recreations we create for you to review are as accurate and as close to the look of the final product as possible.
Q. Can I exchange my printed shirts or garments if they don't fit?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot allow for exchanges of custom orders that we've already finished all the way through, simply because your order was created for you to match all of your specific preferences. We do, however, have plenty of samples in our showroom that you can try on to make sure your order is exactly right. We can even provide samples for you to take with you as long as you provide a deposit.
Q. Which credit cards can I use for payment?
A. We accept all major credit cards including, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept debit cards and cash.
Q. Is there anything you will not print?
A. Although we are willing to print most content that we are given, we refuse to work on anything that is obscene, immoral, hateful, or lewd under relevant law. We also refuse to work on anything that is, in our artistic discretion, inappropriate or goes against our beliefs.RETURN TO HOME
